Staff Position: Oversees the ministries that help us connect with the Lord and the church family on Sunday mornings.

Education and/or experience: B.A. History, UCLA; M.A. New Testament Studies, Talbot School of Theology; Inner-City Intern at The Union Rescue Mission; Substitute Teacher for Alhambra Unified School District.

Favorite books, authors, websites: Let The Nations Be Glad by John Piper, Instruments In The Redeemer's Hands by Paul Tripp, The Religious Affections by Jonathan Edwards, A Praying Life by Paul Miller, Till We Have Faces by C.S. Lewis, anything and everything by John Newton.

Hobbies, interests, pastimes: Reading (especially theology and biography), Japan, Africa, running, swimming, wrestling and jiu-jitsu (only for fun), watching the History Channel. 

Favorite foods: I think I have eaten more $5 footlongs than anyone on the face of the earth, next to Jared. Buying a VitaMix has changed my life forever.
