Suffering lack of physical activity since Covid? Wondering how to build back your energy level? Ladies, here's your chance to get started! Jayne Young, certified fitness instructor, will take us through an easy workout designed to highlight cardio, strength, balance and flexibility. Have fun, laugh and move in this low impact exercise! Saturday, Oct 30th in the MPR (note new date & location) from 9:00-11:00 a.m. Bring light weights or 2 water bottles for use as resistance.
