Pastor Hugo Torres

Hugo Torres serves as an Associate Pastor of Local Outreach. He came to a saving faith after hearing the gospel being preached during a midweek service in a Spanish speaking church that he was attending for three months in the city of Pomona, CA. He earned his M.Div. in 2018 from The Master’s Seminary (Sun Valley, Ca). 

Hugo has been in the ministry for about 20 years, pastoring two Spanish speaking congregations prior to joining Evergreen Baptist church of San Gabriel Valley in 2022.

He is married to Jackie, and together they have three children (college down to junior high). Hugo enjoys listening to world news and going camping with his family.
